Unqualified wires may have too few copper cores for accurate connection or the copper core may be off center, preventing current conduction. If the wire is qualified but the connection remains unsuccessful, try recutting a piece of wire and attempt to connect again. This connector is designed for use with both 12V and 24V strips with wattage output less than 72W, and requires no soldering for tool-free installation. If using unqualified wires, such as those with too few copper cores or off-center cores, the connection may not be successful.
